Well the creators of that magical movie are back with another computer-generated masterpiece. This one's called A Bug's Life, and it takes place in the weeds and under rocks. The characters are ants and grasshoppers, and a whole array of interesting insect creatures!
The story centers around a young ant named Flik, who tries incredibly hard to do the right thing, but usually winds up making BIG mistakes. Flik is always coming up with great ideas that somehow go very wrong.
His only friend and supporter is a little ant named Dot, who believes Flik is special and destined for important things! Unstoppable and unafraid of failure, Flik just keeps on ticking!
Many exciting adventures await Flik and all the creatures in this buggy tale. One of the movie's highlights is the band of circus bugs that think Flik is a talent agent, hiring them for theatrical work. Flik thinks that he's gathering up courageous insects to help the ants fight the evil grasshoppers! A crazy mix-up ensues, but heroism perseveres in the end!
